Our Founder, Shane Surajpal (LLB) has 10 years experience in Labour Law. Shane served articles at Farrell Incorporated Attorneys, a law Firm specialising in Labour Law before joining SEESA as a Labour Law Specialist Advisor where he provided labour law advice to clients throughout KZN ranging across the various Sectorial Determinations and Bargaining Councils. Shane thereafter joined SRF FLEXIPAK SA as their Industrial Relations officer wherein he provided the company with internal labour law advice as well as representing the company at the CCMA. During his time at SRF, Shane’s roles also included Visa application advice and plans for expat employees and to ensure BBBEE compliance. Shane is able to give each client a personal one on one touch with legal advice of the highest degree.
